All items sold on 3dluciia.com are limited-edition collectible art pieces.

Due to the nature of collectible and artistic products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

Returns are only accepted if the item arrives:

damaged, or
with a manufacturing defect.

If this occurs, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return, please provide:

your order number
clear photos of the item
photos of the original packaging

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

If a return is approved, the item must:

be unused
be in its original condition
include original packaging

Items that show signs of use, handling, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Limited-edition collectible art pieces (except in cases of damage or defects)
Items purchased during special releases or drops
Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved returns due to damaged or defective items.

If your return has been approved and you have not received your refund yet, please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If more than 10 business days have passed since confirmation of your refund, please contact us through the website contact form with your order number.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is approved due to damage or defect, return shipping instructions will be provided.

We do not accept unsolicited returns.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

International Orders

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
